Kate Harper Body Therapy offers professional therapeutic massage tailored to support your wellbeing. With 28 years experience as a qualified massage Therapist. Kate brings decades of hands on expertise to every treatment, helping clients restore balance and reconnect with their bodies.
A former competitive athlete, Kate represented New Zealand in rowing during the 1990's and adventure racing.
Kate went on to work as a massage Therapist with the New Zealand rowing team for several years, including the Athens Olympic games 2004. Sport has always been a big part of her life, and that background has shaped the way she works today.
Kate offers a range of Massage Therapies, including Lymphatic, relaxation, deep tissue and pregnancy.
Kate's approach is both professional and intuitive, combining technical skills and at times cupping or dry needling with genuine care for each client.
With years of life experience, Kate loves to support other's on their life goals, big or small.
At the heart of everything Kate does is genuine desire to help people. She loves seeing and feeling the difference in her treatments to support you on your journey.
